Taking thermoplastic composites as an example, the thermoplastic prepreg tape reaches the lay-up head through the guiding system, the heat source heats up and melts the thermoplastic resin in the prepreg tape, the pressure rollers pressurize and lay-up the tape, and then cools and sets the shape.
Characteristics: Solve the problem that the size of oversized and thick parts is limited by the size of the hot press tank, it is an in-line molding method without post-treatment process, short production cycle, high efficiency and low cost.
Automated preparation:
Process: using automated equipment and robot operation for composite material molding, such as automated laminating machine, automated compression molding machine and so on.
Characteristics: Improve production efficiency, reduce production cost, improve product consistency and accuracy.
